Day 1 : Ahmadabad To Mahabaleshwar (780 Kms / 14 hrs)
Departure from Ahmadabad Office 11:00am / Baroda / Surat using Bus to Mahabaleshwar, On the way Dinner. Overnight Journey.

Day 2 : Mahabaleshwar Local Sight seen
Arrival Mahabaleshwar at 11 AM, Lake, Mapro Graden Site Scene using Taxi,(Own Cost). Overnight stay at hotel in Mahabaleshwar.

Day 3 : Mahabaleshwar Local Sight seen
After Breakfast, Visit to Pratapgadh Fort, Panchgini Local Sight seen. (Own Cost ) Overnight stay at Hotel in Mahabaleshwar.

Day 4 : Mahabaleshwar To Goa (400 Kms / 08 hrs)
After Breakfast Proceed To Goa. Arrival Goa Hotel Check In. Overnight stay at hotel in Goa.

Day 5 : Goa Local Sight seen
Morning after breakfast South Goa, Miramar Beach, Panji City, Saint Fransisco Church, Boat Cruise (Tickets at your own expenses). Overnight stay at hotel in Goa.

Day 6 : Goa To Lonavala (500 Kms / 09 hrs)
After Breakfast Hotel Checkout, North Goa Site Scene, Agoda Fort, Departure to Lonavala. Overnight Journey.

Day 7 : Lonavala Local Sight seen
Morning arrival at Lonavala, Visit to Khandala, Shopping and Rest, Overnight stay at hotel in Lonavala.

Day 8: Lonavala To Imagica (30 Kms / 01 hrs) To Ahmedabad
Lonavala to Imagica Park (Entry at own cost) Full Day Enjoy Imagica. And Departure to Ahmedabad at evening, Overnight Journey

Day 9 : Ahmedabad (Arrival)
Morning Arrival Ahmedabad. Tour End. Taking lots of sweet memories With Ahmedabadi Tours And Travels.

• Resort with Swimming Pool with AC Room in Goa
• As all the food Arrangements are done in bus during journey, it will be provided as per facilities Available.
• Snacks and sweets will be provided only once during the journey.

1. Mahabaleshwar, Panchgini, Lonavala local sight seen taxi expense at your Own Cost.
2. Imagica Park Entry fees at your own cost.
3. All Entry Ticket, Local Guide at any place during the Tour.
4. Bus will be provided as per the capacity of passengers.
5. Where ever the company bus will not go travelers have to manage the taxi and Rickshaw at their Own Cost
6. Items of personal nature like tips, laundry, Telephone, beverages etc.
7. Extra Nights in Hotel Due to hill health, flight cancellation or any other reason.

• 30 days or more before departure:25% of total cost.
• 29-16 days before departure:50% of total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure:100% of total cost.

Advance Booking Fee for peak period and long weekends (Pls check with us)

• At the time of booking/confirmation: 50 % of total cost.
• After 05 – 07 days of booking/confirmation:50% of total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure:100% of total cost.

Cancellation Policy :-

Package can be cancelled with written mail from the person making the booking. The cancellation charges per person applicable are as per the published cancellation policy mentioned below:

Minimum Cancellation (Processing Fees) is Rs. 1500.00 per head Per Tour.

1. 45 -20 Days prior to Tour Start Date 25% of full tour cost.
2. 19 -10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost.
3. 09 -06 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost.
4. 05- 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.

Except for Peak season and long weekends (Pls check with us)

Minimum Cancellation (Processing Fees) is Rs. 2000.00 Per head Per Tour.

1. 45 – 30 Days prior to Tour Start Date 50% of full tour cost.
2. 29 – 10 Days prior to Tour Start Date 75% of full tour cost.
3. 09 – 00 Days / No show 100% of full tour cost.
